FORT MORGAN - Fort Morgan-based Progressive 15, a lobbying organization that represents 15 counties in Northern and northeastern Colorado -- including Larimer and Weld -- will hold its 2009 Fall Conference in Larkspur south of Denver.

This year's conference will focus on education, energy, health care, transportation, water and business. Also featured will be plans for the 2010 Colorado legislative session from legislative leaders. Invited speakers include Lt. Gov. Barbara O'Brien; Harris Sherman, executive director of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources; and Joe Blake, chancellor of Colorado State University.
