November occupancy at lodging facilities in Northern Colorado and throughout the state was lower than last year, according to the latest Rocky Mountain Lodging Report.

The report showed the occupancy percentage statewide in November was 44.1 percent, down from 45.2 percent for the same time last year. In October, statewide occupancy was 55 percent.

Fort Collins accommodations reported 37.6 percent occupancy, down from 42 percent last year and 53 percent in October. Estes Park's occupancy in November was 26.1 percent, down from 40.7 percent last year and 52.3 percent in October. Loveland, which was added to the report this year, had occupancy of 43.1 percent. The October rate was 51.6 percent.
