The Oct. 7 issue of the Northern Colorado Business Report reported that Sovick Design/Builders completed a four-home development in the City Park North neighborhood. The development is in progress, with homes sold on two of the lots and two of the lots available for purchase for Sovick Design/Builders to design and build homes on.
