The Third Annual Fall Harvest Brewfest held Oct. 15 in Fort Collins raised $11,000 for Animal House animal shelter. More than 30 Colorado craft brewers, micro-distilleries and sponsors turned out for the event. Located in Fort Collins, Animal House has given a second chance to more than 2,000 shelter dogs by providing relief and support to open-admission shelters both statewide and nationally. Hearts of the West event, presented by the McKee Medical Center Foundation, raised more than $91,000 to benefit the Stepping Stones Adult Day Program at McKee Medical Center in Loveland.
