The transaction closed Feb. 22, according to Russ Baca of Re/Max Commercial, who was the selling broker on the deal.
Kaiser Permanente will renovate the 30,000-square-foot building to suit its need for a medical office. The office will offer family and internal medicine, pediatrics, a draw station and testing area, routine radiology services, a fully stocked pharmacy and mammography services.
