FORT COLLINS - A Colorado Springs-based metal product manufacturer has expanded into Fort Collins.

Springs Fabrication bought a manufacturing facility from Precision Machined Products in Fort Collins. The facility, the company's second, will provide additional machining capacity to support the company's growth, Springs Fabrication said on its website.

Springs Fabrication said it has seen significant growth the past two years.

"Our expansion in the Fort Collins area will support our continued success," the company said.
Established in 1986, Springs Fabrication manufactures high-end engineered metal products for a variety of industries, including energy, military and government, mining and remediation.
The company employs almost 150 people and operates in more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities.
