The latest building in the development is located at 3457 Ringsby Court and will consist of a four-story, 38,000-square-foot LEED certified office space built around the requirements of 20 to 30 high-tech, creative businesses. Office spaces will range from 500 to 10,000 square feet and will include features such as garage-style glass doors and informal common spaces.
The Taxi development is a project of father-son team Mickey and Kyle Zeppelin of Zeppelin Development Inc., and is focused on the market for workspace that is cutting-edge, but also informal.
Previous buildings in the development total 172,700 square feet and are 100 percent occupied.
Brinkman expects to complete the building by October.
