Aims receives $24,000 from Daniels Fund
AIMS EMS programs include EMT Basic, Paramedic, EKG Technician, EMT-IV and Medical Assisting-Phlebotomy.
The Daniels Fund was established in 2000 by Bill Daniels to provide grants and scholarships in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. Daniels Opportunity Scholarships are distributed to two- and four-year colleges and universities that provide scholarships to support non-traditional students.
"The Daniels Fund recognizes Aims Community College as a leader in preparing students to become highly skilled first responders," said Aims President Marsi Liddell. "Their generous gift will directly benefit not only our students, but also our communities that are served by these fine men and women."
