Garnand Honored at Women’s Business Event
Garnand’s success was recognized by Barbara Corcoran of NBC’s “Shark Tank” and “Today” during the GKIC Business Makeover for Women event in San Antonio, Texas.
The event brought together women business leaders from around the country to share stories of how they took their businesses to new levels, and learn how to take the most important next steps. “It was an honor to be recognized by Barbara, who has done business with and gone up against Donald Trump in her real estate career,” notes Garnand. “Her creative approach of starting with just $1,000 and building and selling her business for $66 million is inspiring to women in real estate and anyone with a streak of entrepreneurialism.”
Nanci and her team have increased their sales each year for the past three years. Garnand credits her focus on internet marketing to connect with people moving to Colorado. Next steps for Nanci include continuing to grow The Nanci Garnand Team and writing a book to help women and men learn how to become investors, told through personal stories from Nanci, her colleagues, partners and clients.
Nanci started in real estate in 1995, after a successful banking career. Her background in lending gives her the skills and understanding needed to review finances or engage in detailed discussions with lenders.
