WINDSOR - Dairy cooperative Dairy Farmers of America and feed company J.D. Heiskell & Co. have both leased office space in the Pelican Point Business Park in Windsor.

Dairy Farmers of America is a manufacturer of cheese and butter at 29 plants throughout the country. The cooperative is leasing 3,240 square feet of office space at 1613 Pelican Lakes Point.

California-based J.D. Heiskell, which produces livestock feed through mills, storage and research facilities and offices nationwide, has also leased 3,343 square feet of office space at 1601 Pelican Lakes Point.

The transaction was brokered by RE/MAX Eagle Rock.
