FORT COLLINS - Steve Laposa will step down from his position as director of Colorado State University's Everitt Real Estate Center.

Laposa will leave by the end of the semester; details about exactly when and who might replace him were not available.

Laposa also served as the Loveland Commercial endowed chair in real estate.

Prior to joining CSU in August 2007, Laposa was a director in the Global Real Estate Research group at PricewaterhouseCoopers for about 14 years.
