The pizza restaurant that encourages patrons to “be yourself” has decided it’s time for a facelift.
Loveland’s Old Chicago restaurant will be the second in the nation to undergo the chain’s rebranding effort, complete with a revamped menu and renewed commitment to craft beers.
Besides unveiling a new draft system with 36 taps, it’ll be offering 50 new products, expanding the salad menu and introducing Panini sandwiches and a new thin-crust option – a big leap from its original Chicago-style deep dish.
The Loveland restaurant, located at 1436 Hahns Peck Drive, will be closed June 10–June 13 to implement the updates to its brand, menu and design.
The chain's director of brand marketing, Will Powers, said the changes will emphasize the restaurant’s commitment to quality food, value, and a welcoming atmosphere for an expanded clientele — which, one might assume, he hopes will include the craft-beer drinkers of Northern Colorado.
