FORT COLLINS - The Poudre Valley Plaza mixed-use property on the southeast corner of Horsetooth and Shields in Fort Collins was sold June 8 for $6.8 million.

The sale included four of the six buildings on the property, consisting of 61,153 square feet. The two remaining buildings are owner-occupied. The property was developed in 1999 and the latest building was added in 2001.

The property is a mix of about 60 percent office and 40 percent retail space, and is anchored by tenants such as Bank of the West. The property was purchased by an investment group called Poudre Valley Plaza. The members of the investment group are from both in- and out-of-state.

The plaza will be held as an investment property.

The deal was brokered by Jared Goodman of Cassidy Turley Fuller.
