Orthopaedic & Spine Center expanding Fort Collins facility
The practice, located at 2500 E. Prospect Road, is adding 11,200 square feet.
The addition will include patient exam rooms, an MRI center and a therapy department gym. The project will add 20 percent more space to OCR's facilities, including 60 new parking spaces.
The building was constructed in 1990 and was expanded in 1998. When the addition is complete, the building will encompass 67,000 square feet. The extra space will allow for 11 physicians to see patients at once, compared with eight in the current building.
OCR owns the building in partnership with University of Colorado Health. The practice also owns a facility in Loveland in partnership with Banner Health System and Skyline Surgery Center.
The project is scheduled to be finished in about one year.
