FORT COLLINS - Among Colorado cities, only the metro Denver area's home values grew more quickly than those in Fort Collins in June, though Fort Collins' home values were higher.

According to Zillow's monthly Home Values report, home values in Fort Collins rose by 1.9 percent to $219,000 from June 2011 to the same period this year. Metro Denver's home values increased by 3.5 percent to $211,300.

All but two of the metropolitan statistical areas surveyed by Zillow increased their home values. Grand Junction and Pueblo both declined, by 0.7 percent and 9.3 percent respectively. This signals a reversal of the May report, which showed year-over-year declines in all metros except for Fort Collins.

Greeley was not included in the survey, nor was state-level data available.
