11 honored at the Business Report's Women of Distinction event

LOVELAND - Eleven Women of Distinction were honored during a breakfast held at the Embassy Suites Aug. 8

The fourth-annual Northern Colorado Business Report Women of Distinction event recognized some of Northern Colorado's most influential women from nine different sectors of business.

An award was also given to a "Leading Lady" in the region, and a new award, the Lady of Legacy, awarded posthumously to a woman who made substantial contributions to Northern Colorado, was introduced this year.

Honorees were chosen by an evaluation panel from 70 final candidates.
