LOVELAND - Food Services of America, which purchased Yancey's Food Service in June, has acquired a parcel in the Centre Point Business Park in Loveland for $3 million.

The land encompasses 678,212 square feet. Earlier this year, Yancey's applied for a fee waiver with the City of Loveland to expand their facilities. In June, just after the acquisition, Yancey's president Greg Yancey said that construction on the expansion would begin immediately.

The land sits next to Yancey's current facility.

Michael Ehler of Realtec and Steve Poole of Cassidy Turley Fuller brokered the transaction.
