Gold Seal for NCMC
The 378-bed Banner Health hospital won the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for accreditation by demonstrating compliance with national standards for health care quality and safety in hospitals.
NCMC said it underwent an unannounced, on-site, three-day survey in July by a team from the Joint Commission.
The team examined how NCMC handles infection prevention and “control, leadership and medication” management.
