TOLMAR wins 'Company of the Year' bioscience group award
The Fort Collins-based pharmaceutical company won the life-sciences trade association's highest honor at an awards dinner attended by more than 200 industry leaders Thursday night.
"Our annual awards program showcases and honors those individuals and companies making a significant difference to Colorado's bioscience industry during the past year," BioScience Association April Giles said. "Each honoree joins a list of highly respected past awardees."
TOLMAR was selected last month as a finalist along with two other companies, Bal Seal Engineering Inc. of Colorado Springs and Covidien of Boulder.
As a Company of the Year award recipient, TOLMAR joins LABS Inc., which won last year's award, as well as Amgen Colorado, the 2010 winner, and 2009 winner Accera.
