The University of Northern Colorado will host fall graduation ceremonies Friday, Dec. 14, and Saturday, Dec. 15, in Butler-Hancock Hall, south of the intersection of 14th Avenue and 20th Street. The Graduate School ceremony will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14. About 200 candidates are scheduled to receive their master's, doctoral and specialist degrees. The featured speaker will be UNC professor emerita of Visual Arts Lydia Ruyle, a world-renowned artist and author who continues to create and exhibit her art, host workshops and speak at national and international conferences. She earned her master's degree from UNC. About 580 undergraduates are scheduled to receive their degrees during two ceremonies in Butler-Hancock Hall on Saturday, Dec. 15.
