Downtown Fort Collins retail property sold for $2 million
The property that changed hands is located at the intersection of College Avenue and Olive Street and houses the sushi restaurant JeJu, among other businesses.
A limited liability corporation called NE College Olive purchased the property in a transaction that closed on Dec. 21.
Brokers involved with the transaction declined to comment, but the property was believed to have been purchased as an investment.
