BRIGHTON — A $4.5 million senior living complex will break ground in Brighton this month.

According to a news release from US Bank, which supplied the financing for Libretto Apartments, the first phase of the 26,000-square-foot complex will include 28 of the eventual total 70 units.

The development is expected to be complete in September.

Hendricks Communities, a Colorado-based company that specializes in low- and moderate-income multi-family housing, is the developer behind the project.

Libretto Apartments will be located adjacent to Carmichael Park and the City of Brighton municipal offices.
