King Soopers to expand Loveland location
The expansion, only its second since opening the location in 1976, will demolish the buildings attached to the west end of the store, allowing for 12,400 square feet of new space and displacing four other Orchards Shopping Center tenants.
Liberty Tax Service, Orchards Liquors and Baskin Robbins will all be moving from their 249 E. 29th St. location to make room for the grocery storre. A Curves fitness center moved earlier this month.
Waterbury Properties, the owner of most of the shopping center, expects the expansion and renovation will generate more business and benefit the Loveland community.
