LOVELAND — A new DaVita dialysis center in Loveland will open as soon as it receives certification, probably by the end of the month.

The 6,100-square-foot dialysis center is located at 1453 N. Denver Ave. in Loveland and can treat 12 patients at a time.

DaVita operates more than 1,900 clinics nationwide, including 35 in Colorado. Eight employees will staff the new location.

Loveland is home to one other dialysis center, Loveland Dialysis, owned by Frensius Medical Care and located at 2940 Ginnala Drive.
