Larimer County property records show that the Grahams closed on the property at the end of October.
The property includes a main barn with 14 stalls and a tack room, according to real estate listings, with a two-bedroom apartment above the barn.
The property was developed in the 1970s as a horse breeding and boarding facility called Moondrift Farm. it also includes multiple paddocks, an arena and a smaller barn with room for six horses.
